Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Fragrant Plants: Due to their perishable nature, fragrant plants cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Live Plants: All live plants, including Eucalyptus Trees, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Magnolia Trees, and Native Plants, are non-returnable to ensure their health and viability.
Returns & Exchanges Process

- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Information
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Garden Wisp.
