Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions. Please check our website for specific exclusions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fragrant Plants
  • Live Plants (including Eucalyptus Trees, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Magnolia Trees, and Native Plants)

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Information

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Garden Wisp.
